There is a limit to how many bodies can comfortably fit per class. Once this number of people are registered for class, we would ask that remaining students return to take a different class.
Registering online is recommended to save a spot in class, but if you register online and come to class after class has started and the class is already full, we will kindly ask that you return to a another class.
Students can arrive a maximum of 10 minutes late! 10 minutes after class has started no late comers will be admitted and we will kindly ask that you come to a different class.
Neither will be responsible for lost or stolen items under any circumstances. Please refrain from bringing valuables into the handball court. The studio provides a Lost and Found box for items students may leave behind. On the first day of each month these items, will be removed and donated or disposed of.
Please silence mobile devices upon entering the handball court, turn off mobile devices during classes. Arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class to allow plenty of time to check-in. New Students are required to sign a waiver prior to participating in their first class, so please arrive a few minutes early or sign a waiver on your profile. Please wait until students have exited the classroom before entering for the next class. You may come up to 15 minutes early to class.
Please keep conversation low when another class is in session. Every student is required to sign in with the instructor. Remove shoes prior to entering the studio classroom. At the close of the class, please replace all props to the place and presentation in which you found them.
Anyone with series medical conditions or injuries should consult a doctor prior to participating in circus class. We encourage you to listen to your body, taking the appropriate modifications. The practice should not hurt. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor if you are pregnant or have any injuries prior to the start of class.
Any student under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian’s signature on the waiver.
Our classes are designed for students 12 years of age and older. Students 13 to 16 years of age may attend classes when a parent or guardian is supervising. Any exceptions to these policies must be addressed with management prior to class. ** Minors may not sit unsupervised in the social club while the parent or guardian takes a class. The front desk staff are not authorized to supervise children.**
Class packages and private lessons can be refunded within 5 days of purchase if they have not been used. Merchandise and gift cards may be returned within 15 days of purchase if they have not been used.
Full payment will be charged if you cancel a private lesson with less than a 5 hour notice. If you are late for a private class the class will end at the original time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a private class it is at the instructor’s discretion whether to hold an abbreviated class or not.
Absence to a workshop is non-refundable. If you cancel on the day of the workshop or after it has taken place, a refund or credit will not be possible.
Workshops and classes could occasionally be cancelled if there’s insufficient interest, or if a teacher has an emergency. If the workshop is cancelled you will be notified by email as soon as possible, and you will receive a full refund or full credit toward your account if you choose.
